George “Dave” Giddens and his team of lawyers focus on helping people who are on the verge of losing their homes, businesses, farms and livelihoods. Dave began his practice in 1983 in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to that, he attended the University of Kansas, where he earned his bachelor’s in personnel administration, after which he went on to receive his law degree.

He has since grown Giddens Law to include six attorneys, each of whom focus on various practice areas, including business counsel, creditor representation, personal bankruptcy, business bankruptcy, loan workouts, business transactions, taxation, probate, estate planning and foreclosure for lenders or borrowers.
