George "Dave" GiddensGeorge "Dave" Giddens, Jr.,
a 1983 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, is a member of the Bankruptcy and Solo and Small Firm sections of the State Bar of New Mexico. He is admitted in all state and federal courts in New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Dave's areas of expertise include bankruptcy (representing creditors, debtors, committees, and trustees); civil and commercial litigation; bank collections, foreclosures and documentation; and real estate transactions and litigation.

He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, New Mexico Bankers' Association, NAIOP Commercial Development Real Estate Association, and the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico.

Patricia BradleyPatricia Bradley
earned an undergraduate degree from the College of Santa Fe and a law degree from the University of New Mexico (1980) where she was awarded the Order of the Coif.

A member of the Bankruptcy, and Real Property, Trust and Estate sections of the State Bar of New Mexico, she has extensive experience in bankruptcy law representing financial institutions, large and small corporate entities, utilities, trustees, and individuals in complex bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters. Patricia's other practice areas include business and estate planning, probate, guardianship, trusts and trust administration, and elder law.

She is admitted in U.S. District Court, State of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Patricia is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Albuquerque.


Ann WashburnAnn H. Washburn,
a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, earned her J.D. degree from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in 1988. Licensed in New Mexico and Texas, she practices in the areas of bankruptcy and civil and commercial litigation.

Ann is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court in New Mexico, Northern District of Texas, Western District of Texas, and Eastern District of Texas.

Ann is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of New Mexico Committee on Women and the Legal Profession, the Albuquerque Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas.


Denise TrujilloDenise J. Trujillo
earned both her undergraduate and law degree (2003) from the University of New Mexico. A member of the Bankruptcy and Solo and Small Firm sections of the State Bar of New Mexico, she practices in consumer and business bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, and 13) and creditor/debtor rights.

She is admitted in the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, and is a member of the American Bar Association.


Chris GattonChristopher M. Gatton
is a 2009 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law where he received the 2009 Medal of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute. Chris earned his undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University in 1998 in Fishery Biology. A member of the Bankruptcy section of the State Bar of New Mexico, he practices primarily in bankruptcy representing individual and small business debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases.

Chris is admitted in the State of New Mexico and the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico, and holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Chris served in the U.S. Air Force, 1990-1994.
