Nickay B. Manning has over 28 years of experience practicing in New Mexico and Colorado.  After practicing in her own law firm for 13 years, Nickay joined the law firm as Of Counsel.  Nickay practices in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, real estate, construction, and contract disputes.  Her practice involves all aspects of litigation.  Nickay's employment practice involves both litigation and preventive counsel for employers, which includes the resolution of personnel matters, preparation of employment manuals, policies, and employment agreements, training supervisors in employment law issues, and the performance of independent employment investigations.
